| Eddy | Captain John Eddy and Henry C. Eddy I am struggling to put together a solid understanding-database of his life, his parents and siblings came from in England. We know it is Devonshire, but information seems to drop after that. His wife was Elizabeth Smalldrige (Smallridge, or Smalridge), and it looks like there were numerous Smallridge people in Coral as well. They, too, are from England, but my information on them is also spotty. And it may be that Elizabeth was born in Mozambique, Africa. Perhaps her family were missionaries, but I really don't know. |
